Description
The Urban Studies minor provides an understanding of cities, towns, urban life, economics and social relations. The minor focuses on the cities as distinctive entities and explores the meaning and function of cities in the larger society. The Urban Studies minor also demonstrates how the growth and development of cities and towns may be conceived and guided using methods from a variety of disciplines.
Admission Requirements
Admission to a minor is open to students declared in a bachelor’s degree, the A.A.B. or A.A.S. degree or the A.T.S. degree (not Individualized Program major).
